Referencing\uff09\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e0d\u6e1b\u53cd\u589e\u3002\u904e\u5f80\u696d\u4e3b\u5982\u9078\u932f\u79df\u5ba2\uff0c\u53ef\u900f\u904eSection 21\u65bc\u79df\u7d04\u5b8c\u7d50\u6642\u7121\u7406\u7531\u7d42\u6b62\u79df\u7d04\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u88dc\u6551\u6a5f\u5236\uff1b\u73fe\u6642Section 21\u5df2\u7d93\u5ee2\u9664\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u4e00\u65e6\u9078\u932f\u4eba\uff0c\u6536\u56de\u7269\u696d\u9808\u4f9d\u8cf4\u7279\u5b9a\u7684Section 8\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u904e\u7a0b\u66f4\u9577\u3001\u66f4\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u79df\u7d04\u958b\u59cb\u524d\u9032\u884c\u5fb9\u5e95\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\u5be9\u67e5\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u696d\u4e3b\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u9053\u98a8\u96aa\u9632\u7dda\u3002\u6a19\u6e96\u5be9\u67e5\u61c9\u5305\u62ec\u4fe1\u8cb8\u8a18\u9304\u6aa2\u67e5\u3001\u5165\u606f\u53ca\u50f1\u50ad\u6838\u5be6\u3001\u524d\u696d\u4e3b\u63a8\u85a6\u4fe1\u3001Right to 21\u65bc\u79df\u7d04\u5b8c\u7d50\u6642\u7121\u7406\u7531\u7d42\u6b62\u79df\u7d04\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u88dc\u6551\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u6b64\u5fc3\u614b\u65bcSection 21\u5ee2\u9664\u5f8c\u5df2\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u518d\u9069\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen \u6307\u51fa\uff0cRenters&#8217; Rights Act \u751f\u6548\u5f8c\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5fc3\u614b\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u5728\u65bc\u696d\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u7531\u300c\u4e8b\u5f8c\u88dc\u6551\u300d\u8f49\u70ba\u300c\u4e8b\u524d\u628a\u95dc\u300d\u3002\u300c\u4ee5\u5f80\u5373\u4f7f\u79df\u5ba2\u5be9\u67e5\u505a\u5f97\u4e0d\u5920\u56b4\u8b39\uff0c\u6700\u591a\u4ea6\u53ea\u662f\u6371\u5230\u79df\u7d04\u5b8c\u7d50\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u62d6\u5ef6\u592a\u4e45\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u82e5\u9078\u932f\u4eba\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u8981\u6536\u56de\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u9808\u4f9d\u8cf4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684Section 8\u7406\u7531\u2014\u2014\u6b20\u79df\u9808\u7d2f\u7a4d\u90543\u500b\u6708\u624d\u53ef\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u53cd\u793e\u6703\u884c\u70ba\u5247\u9808\u5177\u5099\u5be6\u8cea\u8b49\u64da\u2014\u2014\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u52d5\u8f12\u9700\u66425\u81f38\u500b\u6708\u3002\u63db\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u79df\u5ba2\u5be9\u67e5\u90a3\u4e00\u523b\u7684\u5224\u65b7\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4e86\u696d\u4e3b\u672a\u4f86\u4e00\u5e74\u53ef\u80fd\u9808\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u6574\u7406\u696d\u4e3b\u61c9\u9032\u884c\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u79df\u5ba2\u5be9\u67e5\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8eab\u8655\u6d77\u5916\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u5728\u57f7\u884c\u6b64\u6d41\u7a0b\u6642\u6240\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u7279\u6709\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr Check<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4fe1\u8cb8\u5be9\u67e5\u6703\u63ed\u793a\u79df\u5ba2\u904e\u5f80\u7684County Court Judgments\uff08CCJ\uff0ccounty court\u5224\u4ee4\uff09\u3001\u7834\u7522\u8a18\u9304\u53ca\u6574\u9ad4\u4fe1\u8cb8\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u662f\u5224\u65b7\u79df\u5ba2\u8ca1\u52d9\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u5165\u606f\u53ca\u50f1\u50ad\u6838\u5be6\uff08Income &amp; Employment Verification<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u78ba\u8a8d\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u6536\u5165\u662f\u5426\u8db3\u4ee5\u8ca0\u64d4\u79df\u91d1\u3002\u884c\u5167\u666e\u904d\u63a1\u7528\u7684\u8ca0\u64d4\u80fd\u529b\u6bd4\u7387\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u9054\u5230\u5e74\u79df\u91d1\u76842.5\u500d\uff08\u5373\u6708\u79df\u768430\u500d\uff09\u3002\u6838\u5be6\u65b9\u5f0f\u5305\u62ec\u50f1\u4e3b\u63a8\u85a6\u4fe1\u3001\u8fd1\u671f\u7ce7\u55ae\u53ca\u9280\u884c\u6708\u7d50\u55ae\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u524d\u696d\u4e3b\u63a8\u85a6\uff08Landlord Reference<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u806f\u7d61\u79df\u5ba2\u73fe\u4efb\u6216\u524d\u4efb\u696d\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u904e\u5f80\u7684\u79df\u4f4f\u884c\u70ba\u2014\u2014\u662f\u5426\u6e96\u6642\u7e73\u79df\u3001\u6709\u5426\u5c0d\u7269\u696d\u9020\u6210\u640d\u6bc0\u3001\u662f\u5426\u9075\u5b88\u79df\u7d04\u689d\u6b3e\u3002\u6b64\u74b0\u7bc0\u5c0d\u5224\u65b7\u79df\u5ba2\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u5c45\u4f4f\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u8f03\u4fe1\u8cb8\u5831\u544a\u66f4\u5177\u53c3\u8003\u50f9\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56db\u3001Right to Rent<\/strong><strong>\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6838\u5be6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u696d\u4e3b\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\u6838\u5be6\u79df\u5ba2\u5728\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u5c45\u7559\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u696d\u4e3b\u662f\u5426\u900f\u904e\u4e2d\u4ecb\u4ee3\u7406\uff0c\u5747\u9808\u5c65\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e94\u3001\u64d4\u4fdd\u4eba\u5be9\u67e5\uff08Guarantor<\/strong><strong>\uff0c\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b78\u751f\u3001\u81ea\u50f1\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u6216\u65bc\u82f1\u570b\u4fe1\u8cb8\u8a18\u9304\u6709\u9650\u7684\u79df\u5ba2\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u65b0\u8fd1\u79fb\u6c11\u6216BNO\u7c3d\u8b49\u6301\u6709\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u64d4\u4fdd\u4eba\u3002\u64d4\u4fdd\u4eba\u672c\u8eab\u4ea6\u9808\u7d93\u904e\u8207\u79df\u5ba2\u76f8\u540c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u5be9\u67e5\uff08\u4fe1\u8cb8\u8a18\u9304\u3001\u8eab\u4efd\u6838\u5be6\uff09\uff0c\u60df\u5165\u606f\u9580\u6abb\u901a\u5e38\u8f03\u9ad8\u2014\u2014\u696d\u5167\u6a19\u6e96\u8981\u6c42\u64d4\u4fdd\u4eba\u7684\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u9054\u5230\u6708\u79df\u768436\u500d\uff0c\u660e\u986f\u9ad8\u65bc\u79df\u5ba2\u768430\u500d\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u64d4\u4fdd\u4eba\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u7684\u984d\u5916\u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr Rights Act \u5c0d\u79df\u5ba2\u7be9\u9078\u8a2d\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u9808\u7279\u5225\u7559\u610f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e00\u6982\u62d2\u7d55\u9818\u53d6\u798f\u5229\u91d1\u7684\u79df\u5ba2<\/strong>\uff1a\u696d\u4e3b\u4e0d\u5f97\u56e0\u79df\u5ba2\u9818\u53d6Universal Fees Act 2019\u300b\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u4e0d\u5f97\u5411\u79df\u5ba2\u6536\u53d6\u5be9\u67e5\u6216\u4fe1\u8cb8\u6aa2\u67e5\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u8cbb\u7528\u9808\u7531\u696d\u4e3b\u81ea\u884c\u627f\u64d4\u3002\u696d\u4e3b\u53ef\u6536\u53d6\u6700\u591a\u4e00\u9031\u79df\u91d1\u4f5c\u70baHolding
