Rights Act 2025 \u5728\u8655\u7406\u9999\u6e2f\u53ca\u6d77\u5916\u696d\u4e3b\u500b\u6848\u6642\uff0c\u898b\u904e\u4e0d\u5c11\u696d\u4e3b\u4ecd\u7136\u6cbf\u7528\u820a\u6709\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u65b0\u79df\u7d04\u5167\u6cbf\u7528\u300cNo Act 2025 \u7b2c11\u689d\u5728\u300aHousing Act 1988\u300b\u65b0\u589e\u7b2c16A\u53ca16B\u689d\uff0c\u70ba\u82f1\u683c\u862d\u79c1\u4eba\u79df\u52d9\u5e02\u5834\u6240\u6709 Assured Tenancy \u7684\u79df\u5ba2\u8a2d\u7acb\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7684\u990a\u5bf5\u7269\u7533\u8acb\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u79df\u5ba2\u53ef\u66f8\u9762\u7533\u8acb\u5728\u79df\u7528\u7269\u696d\u5167\u98fc\u990a\u5bf5\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u696d\u4e3b\u7684\u540c\u610f\u4e0d\u5f97\u88ab\u7121\u5408\u7406\u7406\u7531\u62d2\u7d55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65b0\u689d\u6b3e\u4f5c\u70ba\u9ed8\u793a\u689d\u6b3e\uff08implied \u898f\u7ba1\u7684\u79df\u7d04\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u79df\u7d04\u6587\u5b57\u5167\u6709\u5426\u660e\u78ba\u63d0\u53ca\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u73fe\u6709\u79df\u7d04\u5217\u6709\u300cNo Pets\u300d\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u79df\u5ba2\u4ecd\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u65b0\u6cd5\u4f8b\u63d0\u51fa\u6b63\u5f0f\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u4ea6\u9808\u6309\u65b0\u5236\u5ea6\u56de\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr 1991\u300b\uff08Dangerous Dogs Act 1991\uff09\u7684\u9650\u5236\u4e0d\u53d7 Renters&#8217; Rights Act \u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6cd5\u4f8b\u7981\u6b62\u98fc\u990a\u7684\u54c1\u7a2e\uff0c\u696d\u4e3b\u4e0d\u8ad6\u5982\u4f55\u4ea6\u9808\u62d2\u7d55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen
