Stephen is a property investor and Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with over 10 years’ experience across real estate investment, development, and engineering project management in the UK. Founder of London Homes Property Limited, he specialises in residential developments, buy-to-let portfolios, student accommodation, and short-let properties. He is a regular guest speaker at property and investment seminars and has been interviewed by Hong Kong television media and international financial institutions, including investment banks. His combined technical expertise and commercial insight ensure consistent performance from property sourcing and refurbishment to letting and asset management. He is an accredited member of LLAS and RLA.

Her portfolio includes major schemes such as Elephant and Castle, Chelsea Waterfront, and high-end international residential projects. Sharon combines strong technical expertise, environmental assessment capability, and design leadership, and is a mentor for Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership candidates.
