Stephen possesses years of hands-on experience in UK real estate investment, building a diverse property portfolio. His footprint spans the UK, from Central London to the North of England, focusing on the identification, development, and management of residential properties and student accommodation to generate stable and capital-appreciating rental returns.
His portfolio encompasses residential development, Buy-to-Let, and Short Let operations. Leveraging his deep understanding of different property types, Stephen formulates tailored investment strategies for each asset, overseeing the entire process from investment planning to execution.
Stephen is also a UK Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with over a decade of experience in engineering design and project management. Combining his engineering background with a real estate investment vision, he ensures high consistency and professional standards across property sourcing, refurbishment planning, construction management, and letting processes.
Beyond his practical work, Stephen is frequently invited as a guest speaker for real estate and investment seminars. He has been interviewed by Hong Kong television media, financial institutions, and investment banks, sharing practical insights and analysis on the UK property market, investment strategies, and risk management.
Additionally, Stephen is an accredited member of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and the Residential Landlord Association (RLA), and is an alumnus of the University of Bristol and the University of Newcastle. Currently based in London, he is a co-founder of London Homes Property Limited, a company formally registered in England and Wales.
Sharon Chan
Chartered Landscape Architect
Sharon is a UK Chartered Landscape Architect with over 14 years of professional experience in the UK, Europe, and the Far East. She has accumulated deep technical and commercial knowledge, possessing a comprehensive understanding of high-quality landscape design and construction techniques across both public and private sectors, extending from planning phases to construction implementation.
She has participated in numerous major projects, including the first phase of the Elephant and Castle regeneration in London, Chelsea Waterfront, residential and school developments in Battersea, as well as master planning and landscape design for high-end residential projects in Shanghai. Other key projects include the conceptual and detailed design for the Holy See Church in Ecuador and various high-end private gardens worldwide.
Additionally, Sharon has been involved in multiple BSF schools in London (including schools for special education needs), the Hounslow Heathrow South Cargo Centre, the renovation of Thomas More Square in the City of London, and multiple roof garden designs for new office buildings in the financial district.
In terms of Environmental Impact Assessment, Sharon has extensive experience covering Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), daylight and shading analysis, as well as night lighting assessment, providing professional advice during the planning scope and environmental reporting stages.
She is proficient in both hand drawing and computer-aided drafting, with expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), and rendering software like Artlantis Studio. Currently, she also serves as a mentor for the Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership, nurturing the next generation of professional landscape architects.
